Chinatown

I have always felt intrigued by the oriental culture, I find it fascinating. It is so different from ours: the food, the clothes, their ceremonies and rituals, and the writing, those intriguing logograms.

One thing I like to do at weekends (given that Sunday and Saturday are when I have more spare time) is going to Chinatown.  In every opportunity, I enjoy tasting new food and going into the little shops to find traditional clothes (like some red kimonos that I am absolutely in love with but I don't think I am brave enough to wear them), accessories and home decors, such as lamps and aromatic candles.

 Regarding the outfit, I like to keep on with the oriental vibe. This time, I paired my black pants from H&M with a baroque shirt and red clutch, both from ZARA, and classic black heels.

ES: Siempre me sentí atraída por la cultura oriental, me parece fascinante. Es tan diferente a la nuestra: la comida, la ropa, sus ceremonias y rituales y ni hablar de la escritura, con esos grafismos intrigantes.   

 Algo que me gusta hacer los fines de semana (dado que sábados y domingos tengo más tiempo libre) es ir al Barrio Chino. En cada oportunidad, aprovecho para probar platos típicos y recorrer los distintos negocios que hay, bucear en ellos y descubrir diversos objetos como ropa tradicional (un ejemplo son los kimonos rojos, los cuales me encantan, pero no creo ser lo suficientemente audaz para usarlos), accesorios  y todo tipo de artículos de decoración para el hogar, como lámparas y velas aromáticas. 

En cuanto al outfit, quise seguir con la onda oriental. Esta vez, combiné unos pantalones negros de H&M con una camisa tipo baroque y un clutch rojo, ambos de ZARA, y por último, unos zapatos negros clásicos.
