Fashion month has come to an end and during this, we have travelled, saw it-girl on the runway, knew 50 shades of blue, drowned in red and even witnessed the takeoff of a spaceship. But if you missed any of these, don't worry, here is a brief summary of the best of Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2017-18.
Michael Kors Collection
In the capital of American fashion, the designer Michael Kors made an ode to feminity and women power with elegant suits, sweaters, dresses, fur coats and big belts that accentuated the waist. A New York classic from which we can take some great outfit ideas for the office.

Temperley London
In London. at Alice Temperley's runway, we saw a lot of embroideries, open mouths, transparencies, sequins and floral prints, most of them in dresses with sporadical appearances of skirts, shirts, coats and knitted sweaters.

Dolce & Gabbana
Italians Domenico Dolce & Stefano Gabbana chose their Autumn-Winter 2017/18 collection to perform one of the brand's most memorable shows. The duo summoned women of different ages, body types, height, ethnic and profession (not all of them were models), which showed more than 120 looks. Their message was clear: we have to accept ourselves as we are, and I believe that with the whole revolution for women's rights that is witnessing the world, the brand could not choose a better time to do it.

Roberto Cavalli
In spite of there's no creative director since Peter Dundas left the brand, it's team has done it really well. Cavalli presented a very clean collection with embroidered pieces, fur, leather, feathers and a few transparencies in a neutral palette which entails a luxurious hippie-chic style.

Christian Dior
Days after, in the City of Lights, Maria Grazia Chiuri showed us 50 shades of blue in two-piece suits, transparent dresses, pleated skirts, plaid coats, taffeta jackets, denim overalls and velvet mini dresses. The outfits were paired up with leather berets that gave the collection a slightly military style.

Lanvin
This one must be one of my favourite collections, Bouchra Jarrar designs were not only exquisite and sophisticated but moreover, in my opinion, they put Lanvin in the Top 10 Fashion Week shows. The models wore shirts with transparent details, leather pants, silk dresses, fur coats, floral print suits, sequined blazers, overalls, ruffles and a lot of tulles. A perfect combination between the ultra feminine with little masculine touches.

Valentino
Pierpaolo Piccioli continues to maintain the classic and romantic style of the maison but with a more fresh and youthful twist. The Italian designer based his autumn-winter collection in colourful dresses and floral prints along with coats in pink, lime, neutral and peach shades. Moreover, he added fur, a lot of bling and replaced the red Valentino for fuchsia. Bravissimo!

Chanel
Huston, we are ready to take off! Welcome to Chanel's space station in the Grand Palais, where the spacecraft Nº5 took off last Tuesday surrounded by models and in front of a very privileged crowd after a sidereal show. In it, we saw suits, coats and bermudas made of tweed, dresses with rhinestones details, glitter boots, astronaut prints, lots of silver and a few garments in bluish green that transported us to another galaxy.

Louis Vuitton
La crème de la crème, the show that closed up Fashion Week, was the one by Nicholas Ghesquière for LV. Everything, from the location (the Louvre for goodness' sake) to the music and the exquisite designs were on point. In my opinion, the best way to end fashion month.(Looks here)
